How do I edit the following banner title:

Microsoft Internet Explore provide by Global N.V. to read Micorsoft Internet Explorer?

You mean what appears at the of each IE Page??

If so, run REGEDIT
Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Select MAIN and in the right window look for "Window Title".

Select "Window Title", right mouse, modify and change it to whatever you wish.

OK and exit Regedit
