I am swapping out a PSU on an older machine. The MB is an ASUS A7V600. The -12 volt rail is missing, and I really don't have the time or the patience to hunt down an old ATX 1.1 PSU.

It seems to work OK without the minus 12, but I can't find any conclusive literature
on this obsolete motherboard.

Will it be OK, or do I need to e-waste it?

Swapping MB's will mean reinstall, reactivation, ad nauseum.
Besides, this is a nice motherboard. The junk on the market today scares me.
This is my workhorse. My baby.
