Dont know much about webpages but I do know that they consist of links.

So why cant I make up a page on Photoshop which I am familiar with, then just install links from one button to the corresponding page?

or what about MS Word 2003?

can't a page be made up in that, then FTPed to the server?

Usually you use an html editor, not a graphics program, to make web pages.

Common ones are FrontPage and Dreamweaver.

ok lets talk about Flash.

can I add flash using those programs? or is Flash a totally different program?

I want to build an animated website. Whats the best way to go about it?
