Smitfraud.c Trojan...Normal and Safe Mode Freezes

I recently had the Torjan Smitfraud take over my computer. It was first noticed when I turned on my computer one day and say the infamous blue screen saying I had trojan smitfraud.c located at (blah blah blah). I tried to fix this by going into safe mode and running the cc cleaner and other programs I read about on other forums.

When I load normal mode, it just sits at the XP Welcome screen frozen. In safe mode, I see my desktop but it seems ti freeze with an hour class only freezing at the start menu. When I move the mouse around the screen it is a normal arrow. My cpu usage is also at 100%.

Where to I go from here to remove smitfraud.c trojan???

There is only one problem with this...

I cannot access the internet becuase I cannot get onto normal mode and safe mode freezes. So i cannot download Ewido. Can I still proceed with downloading smitRem.zip file and doing that??
