I have Windows XP, DSL, and a network setup with a router. Yesterday I set up a file share to transfer pictures over to my daughter's laptop. Now I have a problem:
When I try to go to a website, I'm getting this:
"The webpage you are trying to view is not available offline. Would you like to go online now?"
I don't know why I'm getting this. The only way I can make it stop is to open my Outlook Express and dowload my email. Then I can go to websites without the above message popping up.
So,... How can I stop that message from coming up?
