Everytime I go to outlook express to open my mail box I have to type in my password given to me by Mindspring. The box is shaded so I cannot check remember password. How do I fix this? windowsxp home edition. thanks, steve

go to Tools>Accounts> double-click your email account> click servers tab> check remember password.
