II'm not sure i'm in the right forum, but I need HELP. My computer will not shut down by going to the start, shut down,,,I have to shut it down from my tower. Can anyone help me, this happened after a power outage. Thank you sooooooo much.

Hi checking your past posts..your having problems at startup and shutdown.
Post a high jack this log..let log experts take a look...link below.
D/load save to C:\ program file.
Close all windows..open Hjt log..let it scan..it will open in note pad.
Click edit>select all>edit>copy>back to your thread>paste on your thread.
