Shut down with Laptop

I have a Dell Inspirion laptop that shuts down after it is not in use for 20 minutes or so. I have disabled the hibernate feature in the bios and I have made sure the power saver feature in windows 2K is set to never but the problems remains. Help.

Have you set both power savers to Never?

There will be one for while you are plugged into the mains, as well as one for when on Battery.

The only other thing I can think of is overheating. Have you checked with the Dell support guys??

Get back to me with the model number and any other info you can, and I'll do some searching for you.

If this is software related, I know nothing about 2K.
