Shut down screen or restart help

When I go to start>shut down the window looks different from the default look the screen I am getting is you have to click in the box and scroll down and select your option, I want it to be where it is 3 square box by each other if you know what I am talking about.

Do you have the normal Welcome screen on logon?

Try Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off. Be sure the Welcome Screen is checked.
