i have windows xp home ed. and i keep getting 2 errore mesg. wich are sfc_os.dill and msvcrl.dll. i also have prolems with my printer the spooler wont stay on and my printer does not show on my computer and can't load drivers.

I had spooler problems wich disappeared with the change of the printer options under properties

For the Print Spooler Service try this:

Click Start, Run and type the following:

CMD /K SC CONFIG SPOOLER DEPEND= RPCSS

If that doesn't help this might:

The above REG file fixes the spooler service entry in the registry. To apply
the file, right-click and then choose "Merge". To simply view the contents
of the file, open it with Notepad.
Always backup the registry before making any changes.

I would suggest waiting until a HJT expert with the little gold shield appears and diagnoises your log file. It is better to be safe than sorry. Besides they are the best on the job here.

2 / AFTER you are sure that your pc is clean and none of the above files exists , find another pc that has the same IE version with you ( usually this is IE 6 SP2 ) and copy-paste the whole folder of internet explorer to your system by overwritting the old one. (Program Files/Internet Explorer).The troyan affects these files and only when they have been overwritten with new clean ones , IE can open.
