Settings to game stream on YT and Twitch via Streamlabs OBS?

I’m not sure if I’m in the right category.

After getting a new computer, I wasn’t properly sure if all my settings are right when using Streamlabs OBS, so that my game streams don’t lag and where I can use 60fps on YouTube and Twitch.
I use an Elgato Capture HD card to connect my old consoles like the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive, Dreamcast to new ones like PS4, Switch, etc. onto a USB port on my computer, so wasn’t sure what settings I need to use on the Streamlabs OBS software, so it all runs smoothly

Any information you need to know about my computer, I can always answer them. It is a Windows 10 64-bit PC.

Not an expert but streamlabs has built in auto detection to stream the best quality you can get with your system and upload and download speeds but as I have been advised in the past stream labs is not optimized enough and can lag intensive games if your pc is an average gaming pc. Either use default settings in streamlabsobs or here is a obs stream optimization video to follow for best stream quality
