I have created an invoice using Office Excel.

As a test I sent it to own e-mail address.

The problem I have is when I received it, it was sent directly to my deleted folder.

I have both Norton Anti Virus and Internet Security installed on my PC.

Could these two programs have anything to do with it???

Thanks

Hi, They could be set to automatically delete attached files. Check the settings you have for both programs. A spam filter may also be the culprit, have any of those?

I have switched off my Spam Alert on Norton Security, but it still sends the e-mail to the Deleted Items folder.

I have Norton too. I will have to ask my friend what instructions he gave me, but he told me how to change a setting on my Outlook Express, so that any incoming message that contained a file would go directly into the deleted box and not to my inbox. I have Windows XP. If this is the problem you have and want all e-mails containing files to go to your inbox, get back to me, and I'll try to find out how to do it. I just looked around for a good while but could not find it.
