Didn't your university give you a link or a web address for where to download this program ?
Self Service Mac
My Mac is returning no search items for the Self Service app which I need to download university software. My computer is up to date, so not sure how to access it?

No, they just told me to open Self Service on the launchpad which I couldn't find, so I looked in the Applications folder and couldn't find anything there eitherDidn't your university give you a link or a web address for where to download this program ?
Go back to your U's tech dept. Maybe it is something that they give out during orientation days.
