Secure financial website says I have a virus

I've talked to the site and handled that end of the problem. I've run spybot and adaware (previously) with no problems found. I have eTrust antivirus. I ran it and it found no problems. I restarted the computer and ran hijack this. I'm running windows xp home edition on a dell desktop computer. The computer has shutdown once on its own this morning and booted up to the blank desktop (no icons). I had to use task manager to restart it.
