Hello there,
This seems to be a pretty common thing from what i've read on the forums but I cant' seem to eliminate my problem. I get a "search2. shopnav" search hijack whenever I try to log into certain websites. Here is the url that shows up whenever this happens : http://search2.shopnav.com/apps/epa/epa?cid=shnv9887&s=service.
All the info I can find about this links to the SRNG files and servers, however, I cannot find any of the dll files or registry keys associated with SRNG on my computer.
I have run Hijack This and included the log below. I hope someone can help me out as this has been going on for a while now and I am all out of ideas to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Hi thedawk

Welcome to TSG! :)

You've got more than just a hijacker you also have at least two trojans that I see.

Run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close all windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

First in safe mode click on My Computer then click Tools > Folder Options. In Folder options click on the View tab. Under Files and Folders tick "Show hidden files and folders" then uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types" and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)". Now click "Like current folder" then "Apply" and "OK"

Now find and delete:

The C:\WINDOWS\Belt.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\System32\version.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\System32\Keyhost.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\system32\msmsgri32.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\system32\Dvldr32.exe file
The c:\windows\inf\tskdbg.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\rundll32.exe file (See Note below)
The C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\explorer.exe file

*Note: Only delete the rundll32.exe file found in the C:\WINDOWS\Fonts folder. There is a legitimate file by that same name.

Empty the Recycle Bin.

Go here and do an online virus scan:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.

Thanks for the help. I could not get rid of this line however:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Com+] "C:\WINDOWS\System32\COM_~1.EXE" -nouninst
Everytime I run Hijack This it's still there. Also, when in safe mode and trying to delete files, I could not delete these:
The C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\rundll32.exe file
The C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\explorer.exe file
Besides that, things are running MUCH beter now. Thanks for your help.

Let's see another Hijack This log. We have really got to delete those files. I imagine we are going to have to fix a couple of those entries with Hijack This again.

Ok. I ran Hijack This again and checked "fix checked" for
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Com+] "C:\WINDOWS\System32\COM_~1.EXE" -nouninst and then did the KillBox justlike you said. However, KillBox said the files

C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\rundll32.exe

and

C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\explorer.exe
did not seem to exist. The file C:\WINDOWS\System32\COM_~1.EXE was deleted and then I went ahead and restarted my computer and ran Hijack This again and here is the log.
