I created a new user account in XP, and now everytime this accout goes to the internet there is no home page and if you type in a address and go to tools- options and direct it to be set a your home page it does not. even after a restart of the system.
If you click on help and about internet explorer I get a script error box with nothing in the box. and have to use the ctrl-alt-delete to close the page.
