i have been having a problem with my screensaver. whenever
it activates my computer freezes and i have to reboot. when i go to properties to turn the screensaver off my computer freezes.
so you see i am kinda screwed. not sure what to do, can anyone help? tried almost every thing i could think of.

What happen is you use a different screen saver?

Also test in safe mode. If it works, then you can use msconfig to diagnostic the issue.
