After perusing them, and a couple of others on my own, the only potential drawback that I could find was the following blurb:
"Even on a powerful PC, however, it can be a strain on system performance."
...but frankly, I now have about everything indexed with Scopeware that I need to catalog (roughly 20 of 25 gigs of data, emails, etc...) and did not experience any noticeable performance hits during the indexing and it seems to fly right along now, but then I've got 1 gig of DDR memory and a 2.6 ghz processor, etc., a fairly fast machine...
Looks good to me, in my short research, I noticed that there were only a couple of competing products that did not sound as good (?) and cost 10 times and 100 times more...
Think I will check to see if I can buy stock in the company, they should have a good future once this catches on...
