Does your video card have TVout?

So let me get his right. I am taking a few guesses here. You have a TV tuner card in your computer. You are wanting to connect your computer to the vcr so you can record the Programs to the VCR? Or is it the other way around? Yo want to connect your vcr to the tuner card so you can watch your video tapes on the comuter? If it is the first one and you dont have TV out on your vidoe card you wont be able to do it. If it is the second one, that is actually easy. conect your VCR to the tuner card either using the standard Cable connector or the compsit connectors (RCAplugs) If your Tuner card requires a separate connection to your sound card you can get an adapter to go from an rca connector to a mini jack and connect the audio to your Line in on the sound card.

Well you could pick one up at walmart, Radio shack, best buy, circuit city, sears, any stereo store should carry one. Or any good computer shop. You shouldnt have to pay out the nose for it either. About $5.
