Hi, I hope someone can help.

I run a trading application from home, it streams live chart data from an external server, quite simple.

It is continuously freezing my pc, say every hour or so. I have tried this on x2 pc's (both docked laptops) and had this running on both xp and vista on each pc with the same results. The software is a widely used package and nobody else seems to have this problem so the only thing I can relate this to is my broadband supply?

I have a BT homehub and the pc's are wireless. I have tried to connect it to the hub directly tonight (cabled) to see if this makes a difference.

Any ideas?

regards

Paul

I used to run TD Ameritrades' StrategyDesk myself. When I loaded all the symbols into the Live stock monitor section, I would overload my computer as well. This is because there isn't enough time, bandwidth, or RAM to complete the task before the next sequence.
