I just installed XP on a system I put together. I am using a P4 3.2 Ghz proc on a 800Fsb 875 chipset board. My rundll32.exe files keeps running after XP boots up. Each time I do a shut down, i get a window. It looks like the one you get when you try to close a program through "Task Manager". I have to manually hit "end now" each time I shut down or the computer wont shut down. Please help. I am lost.
