2 problems using Windows XP:

1st: RUNDLL errors, "31" to be exact, keep showing up whenever I reboot and start up Windows XP. Why? What do I do to get rid of or fix these cascading computer cronies?
What is RUNDLL anyway?

2nd: How do I recover all my lost "favorites" from Internet Explorer Favorites and Mozilla Firefox Bookmarks? They were all wiped out and "System Restore" did NOT work!

Please help.
