rollover change pictures

My site
currently dosent seem to be able to do the thing where it will change pictures if you move the mouse over it.

The image names are correct, but it does not want a new picture to come up when the mouse rolls over it.
I hve tried looking at different places, but they are radically different, and i have no idea if it is even in HTML.

Most image rollovers use javascript to perform the flip.
