Right cartridge incorrect

I have a dell 962 allin on printer was working fine until last week then this message came up on the display ( Right cartridge incorrect ) I have unplugged printer completely and let set then reconnected printer. I have reinstalled cartridge several times. This has done nothing. I am waiting for a new cartridge to arrive from dell. I have cleaned contacts on printer and cartridge. I have followed all sugestions in manual for this problem. this is the color cartridge. black will print fine.

looking at the manual - I cant see a factory reset anywhere
only indicates a wrong cartridge

have a look in menu see if you can go to factory
see page 19 in manual
theres a menu option to set to factory settings - as posted
