I have trouble restoring on the restore option . It always tells me it was unable to restore. I wiped off the line items on the address bar and need them back on.

I have been trying to restore my computer to a previous date, however when I keep trying this I keep getting a message that it has failed to update I am sure I am doing it the right way, but it does not work, can you help me ? Thanks
