Restart loop on Windows 10 installation in HP laptop

I reset my laptop by using Startup Repair before booting into Windows. I removed all the files and tried to install Windows 10 again but it stuck in continuous OFF and ON, and Windows logo with loading circle. And now I can't even go to Troubleshoot or load previous Windows 10. So What can I do to fix it?
I am using an HP laptop which is previously installed Windows 10 64bit. Laptop model HP 15-au114TX. Upgraded ram to 12GB. I have a copy of original Recovery Media disk and a bootable USB for Windows 10 cracked version.
Please help me to fix this.

The laptop originally came with Windows 10 - 64-bit so I assume that installation was genuine and you're trying to load a cracked version now. Therefore, I'll leave this open because there are still ways to load the original Windows 10 and activating it using the COA license that should be on the underside. We can allow assistance with that.

Another question is that...how did I will get the old lisence?
There should be a sticker on the underside of the laptop with a COA license that you can use. You can create an .ISO of Windows but I can't guide you through that so others will have to help with it.
I got the problem and it solvev. Both of my Windows I have had been corrupted earlier. So I have to download a new fresh from official website. And another thing is that it automatically detect my computer and no key is needed for authentication. Thank you guys.

You also need to download Rufus tool to flash on pendrive, if you do that way.
Using the MS Media Creation Tool will provide the option of creating either a Bootable flash drive or Optical disk. Rufus is not mandatory.You also need to download Rufus tool to flash on pendrive, if you do that way.
However, you can now use the latest version of Rufus 3.5x or newer that conveniently provides the user with the option of downloading Win10. You don't have to use the MS tool.
