Hi everyone,

I want to be able to boot my pc remotely so I enabled in BIOS the option "Wake on PME event" in accordance with the motherboard's instructions.

With this option enabled the pc now restarts every time I try to shut it down in Windows.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be the problem?

The PC has a PCI nic, Win 7 x86 and the motherboard is "gigabyte g31m-s2l".
