Hi there i know its not that common of a problem, but i need some help here cuz everything i`ve tried didn`t work so far ...so i purchased an msi monitor a day ago its an OPTIX G24 SERIES also im using an msi gf63 8rc laptop. So im tring for hours and hours to actually stretch the image of CS:GO... didnt work with intel control panel....dont have the display option in nvidia control panel... With my other monitor which was a normal 60 hz 1920:1080 worked out just when i changed the in game res to 1600:1200, but the best option i have on this one is 1400:1050 which appears in black bars ... i`ve tried everything to fix it with or without launch options ... nothing came thru always the screen cuts the image with black bars... any help will be greatly appreciated.....

What's the native resolution of your MSI Optix G24 series monitor?
What's the native resolution of your MSI GF63 8RC laptop?
What type of video connection are you using between your laptop and monitor?

I'm not experienced with using an external monitor with a laptop, so be patient until someone else here who is replies to you.

Difficult to say for sure without knowing the full model numbers of the monitor or laptop.

Are you attempting to run your new monitor at a 144 Hz refresh rate? If so, it is possible that the video controller in the laptop is unable to handle 1600x1200 resolution @ 144 Hz but can handle it at 60 Hz.

Does the monitor itself have any on-screen menu controls to adjust if and how it scales incoming video resolutions that do not match its native resolution?
