I currently have my system set up to dual boot between manrdake and windows... I now want to stop it from doing this and just boot from a floppy every time i want to enter mandrake... How do I do this? And also how do I make the floppy to do this also?

to remove the bootloader (eg. LILO, GRUB) and restore it to the default windows boot, get a dos bootdisk with 'FDISK' on it and type 'FDISK /MBR' to revert it back..
