Aloha,
I just scanned my computer using Spybot and it came up with this showing a red exclamation mark:
1)Alexa Related
2)Myway.My bar
Would it be ok to remove these items??

Yep get rid of them. Anything marked in red can go. Spybot makes a backup of everything deleted so if you make a mistake you can always restore it.

Delete everything in red and leave the green entries alone.

Make sure to check for new updates about once a month.
