My friend computer is a community computers where different people use it. She asked me if
I could help her with a problem that whenever, she starts the computer a message comes up
: Found new hardware, then, installing new hardware, then it asks for the disk

then this message pops up

Compact Disc
VIA AC 97
Audio WDM Driver Disk

I went to devise manager and saw multimedia Audio controller and uninstalled it. Hoping that
will fix the problem by finding its own drivers. Didnt work.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
