Ok so a weird situation everyone in our company can access the Remote Web Access URL while on the network or if there PC is on the domain.

If the leave work and use the URL it will take them to the Remote Web Access prompt them for their windows credentials and they can select applications like RDP or Quickbooks but when they select those Applications it prompts them again to authenticate and when users enter their passwords again it just keeps prompting them over and over

May need to enter a fully qualified user name like contoso/userid or [email protected]

is this a new Remote Access or did the symptom just start happening?
