I know this is really amateur but how do I do that? Because i go to my network settings and then i only see my wifi and bluetooth but my wifi has the Red X on there but i called contact support and they told me to just disable my wifi and then enable it after that restart my laptop and it should be fixed well i tried that and it still has the mark. I also tried to uninstall my broadcom 802.11n adapter and reinstall it but still did not work.
