Did a system recovery and now all files in C:\Program Files are read only and cannot be changed or written to. None of my existing programs that require writing to these files will run. I cannot reinstall programs without them erroring out. I am the only user and am always logged on as Administrator. I am unable to do anything to these files. I cannot install new programs and have them run. They either error out during installation, or seem to install OK but will not execute.
