You need to modify your BOOT.INI.

To access it open System, click Start, click Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System.

To manually edit the boot options file, click Edit. Microsoft strongly recommends that you do not modify the boot options file (boot.ini). Doing so may render your computer unusable.

We can assist you but we will need you to post some information about your PC.

How many hard drives do you have, how are they partitioned, and where are the two version of Windows XP installed? Also post the current BOOT.INI and we can make suggestions what needs changing.
You can look at the boot.ini but I bet both point to the same location, which is why you can only access the latest one that was installed.
