This will probably be an easy one, but I haven't found what I need. I'm wanting to record our church tapes to my computer for eventual uploading to our site when done. I don't have a seperate cassette deck, only a "boombox"/shelf radio. The sound card I have is a Live! LS.
Could I just run a cable from my headphone jack to the mic input on my soundcard? Also, will I need to by a sound program of any type? Oh, I"m using XP SP2. The only audio programs I have are Creative Play Center, RealPlayer (free version), Nero Media Player, and the obvious Windows Media Player and sound recorder.
I appreciate any and all help that y'all can suggest.
Thanks in advance,
Jim
