I spent all day on Newegg today, trying to find a suitable motherboard. It's driving me nuts. Would anyone care to recommend me a good board that (ideally) you have experience with?

Requirements:
* Must take socket AM2. Processor (non negotiable) will be an AMD 5200+ (socket AM2)

* I need (Decent) Onboard video. Something with good onboard video would be great, but otherwise something with video good enough to hold me 'till I shell out for a graphics card.

* 4 RAM slots. I want 4GB RAM, and the 2GB DIMMs aren't cheap. (I don't care too much about performance in terms of how it's divied up. I'm looking for as best as I can get on a budget.)

* Needs to be a reputable board from a reputable company with decent support. This is for my first build - there's gotta be someone I can call to hold my hand when it blows up ;)

I don't care about size - I can determine the case based of the best board selected.

BUDGET: Ideally less than $100. Ceiling is $150. If that's unreasonable, then please recommend me the best I can get in that price range.

All suggestions welcome!

This is a decent board and performs almost good as my 590sli (which doesn't have video). It has onboard video, 4 ram slots, 2 ide + floppy, 4 sata, etc. I've got that in a second pc and works great.

I'm not sure which other boards you can look at, since to me it doesn't matter if it has onboard or not, I usually start with the chipset and go from there.
This one has a 570 chipset which should perform well.
