Receiving bogus targeted emails

My wife says she is receiving emails from several different addresses that seem targeted at her after problems with her former boss. Some emails look like code. I will paste few lines below Can anyone tell us what this is or were we can get help? Only a few lines of email below:

Thank you do you know where I can get the emails analysed? She uses Outlook we have contacted Microsoft with no avail. And the addresses appear bogus.

You should be able to get the message Options and it should tell you the full route.

Have a look at http://www.addintools.com/documents/outlook/where-message-options.html to get to the message options.
Suggest that this be added to the "Quick Access Tool".

We only have mobile phones and iPad at this time. We tried spamcop but weren't able to copy headers.

That is NOT Outlook that comes with Office and that is what I have been giving you instruction on.

You need to be very clear when asking for help as to the programs and apps that are being used.
I know of no way of tracking the route using any internet app.
Hope, someone else that does used Outlook.com may be of some help to you.

Sorry for the confusion this is my first question was trying to get to someone that knew more than I.
These emails are directedat my wife a d was hoping to get them translated/decoded. I have can view headers on my android but she hasn't been able to on iPhone and iPad. We are going to get another computer soon. But these emails are obscure to say the least.
