REC file?

I have a bunch of REC files on my hard drive. They are all empty. Can I delete them or transfer them to the other partition?
I am trying to store everthing on the other drive letter, to keep my c drive clean and clutter free, and provide easy reinstall in case of a crash.

On my PC the *.REC files are beer recipes created with ProMash. Yours may be something else. Click on one and see if anything opens it. I'd look at the modified and access dates - if they are old and stale by all means toss them in the recycle bin or move them - then you can put them back if any trouble. If no trouble after a few days, then you can feel safe about deleting them entirely.
