I recently upgraded to Readiris 11 Pro OCR, from version 10. The installer quits inexplicably, and the only error message was that the "installer was interrupted." I have been able to get no help from the IRIS support, other than to download the zip version of the installer, but I have the same problem. It will install on my Dell notebook, but I don't need it on that machine.
I tried disabling the Avast! antivirus, as well as Zone Alarm and Windows Defender, but none of that helped.
