Random FPS drops on MSI GS60

So today i just got my MSI GS60 back from MSI (getting repaired), and when i tried to play some CS:GO, i would get like 100 fps at the start of a match but in like 5 minutes it would suddenly drop to 30fps. Before sending it to MSI i would get like 130fps constantly with maybe a few minimal drops here and there. But now when it drops to 30fps it stays that way until i disconnect and enter another match, and even then it stays at 100fps for a couple of minutes before dropping to 30ish fps again. Here are my specs:

Windows 8.1 64bit
Intel Core i7-4700HQ @2.4GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4600
NVidia GeForce GTX 860M
16GB RAM

First, be sure the game isn't running on integrated graphics. Then I'd check and be sure that your GPU isn't thermal throttling. Open a temperature monitor such as MSI Afterburner to check the temperatures of your GPU. You can also try running 3DMark to benchmark your system and try to identify the cause of your FPS drops.
