Over the past 3-4 months my computer has been having some bad crash issues. I need help determining whether the issue is because of overheating due to having to use my brothers oldstock cooler (which has very little thermal compound on it) or if the problem is driver related.
It all started when I was forced to replace my cpu cooler as it was broken. The only option I had (tight for money) was to use my brothers old stock cpu cooler. It had a little bit of thermal paste on it so I didn't feel like it would be much of an issue. While I was playing CS:GO suddenly my computer crashes, sometimes the sound would loop and sometimes I would get a BSOD. I have read countless forum posts about other people with similar problems but I have had no luck so far. The crashing seemed to become more and more frequent, and eventually the only way I could run my computer consistently without crashes was if I used the integrated graphics to hopefully bottleneck the cpu, and I also changed power plan to power saver. Doing this seemed to have helped - although I do still get crashes. My cpu would be running at 70-80 degrees IDLE. I cleaned a hell of a load of dust out of the cooler and running with integrated graphics/power saver it would run at 30 degrees idle. Despite this, I was still getting crashes, and every now and again I would get a BSOD. Some of the errors I have had include;
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (or something)
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
there are 3-4 more different errors I have had but I cannot name them off the top of my head.
Anyway, I recently ran driver verifier and followed instructions on how to use it properly, and now my computer is stuck in a restart loop every time the starting Windows logo appears. Every time it is at the same place, and every time there is a weird noise heard from my computer that I have never heard before. The main problem here is that I can't use f8 to get to advanced boot options so I am unable to get into safe mode. I am completely stumped as to whether it is a thermal or driver issue. I would be happy to supply .dmp's if they are needed. I used whocrashed multiple times and every crash that was logged stated it was a "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" and the issue was likely hardware related. But I do have a sneaking suspicion it could be driver related.
Also, I found that the latest version of bios for my motherboard was made in 2012 - there are none that are more recent

I will list my specs in a reply to this
Please send help.
(PS. I am not sure if I am in the right category, and I apologise if that is the case and also as a side note)
