Your computer model may have 8GB by using 2x 4GB modules, hence the 4GB non-removable. Your specific machine is showing 8GB.. which doesn't make too much sense.
According to some sources that the maximum memory you can do is 20GB.
The only way to know is to open the back and check the memory module slot. If you have 1 slot that you can remove the memory then you have 2x 4GB memory.
Actually, download and install CPU-Z . Once installed, screenshot both the Memory and SPD tabs and lets see if it shows us. Where it shows Slot #1, change it to the #2 one as well
