Maybe its ram issue because my previous installed ram hai different mhz??BTW how to properly install ram;
1 Unplug system
2 Press the ON button 2~3 times. This will remove any residual charge in the pw supply capacitors
3 Open the case and pull out the old ram. Install the new ram and be sure it is fully seated. Do not touch contacts; hold it by the PCB
4 Replace the cord and side cover. Pw ON
Failure to follow the above procedure can result in ESD. Modern systems have pw applied even when OFF
