I plugged in the drive and my partition manager isn't finding the drive. I'm positive the drive is plugged in because my BIOS/BIOS RAID manager-like thing found the drive. What gives?

Not enough information has been provided to answer this problem. What kind of drive, what partition manager, does Windows see it, new installation.....?

Why not start with the make/model of the motherboard, any expansion boards, and the version/patch level of Windows you're trying to install this thing with?
