I had a spyware company put a icon on my quick launch bar and I can not delete it. When ever my pointer goes by it launches Internet Explorer to its web site. Spy-bot took care of all the other problems except this one. Thanks

The program from what I can tell is called System Alert and the web site is Anti-Vermins.com thanks

There are many fixes available if you run a google search on "remove system alert".

Some have claimed that running http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ removes the problem. before you run the scan, disable your AV and turn off System Restore. Hopefully it is that simple, however the other fixes are a bit more complicated.
