Issue Description: The monitor exhibits consistent flickering, as shown in the video below. This flickering is present in every frame, indicating a persistent issue rather than an intermittent one. The flickering manifests as significant changes in brightness or color between consecutive frames. If the flickering continues for an extended period, the screen sometimes goes black for a long time. To resolve this, I have to turn off the monitor for a while, after which the issue temporarily resolves.
Initially, I suspected electrical interference, as there is a Wi-Fi router installed near the screen. However, even after switching off the Wi-Fi, the issue persisted for at least 30 seconds.

Things Checked:
  • Switched cable connections, but the problem persists.
  • Adjusted the refresh rate to "Auto."
  • Tested the monitor with different devices.

Since you've tested this on other devices and I assume it's working properly with those, I'm guessing the issue may lie with the PC itself. In that regard, please click on the TSG SysInfo Utility link in the banner to download the app on the affected machine, run it, and then post back the specs on the thread, please.

Hello and welcome to TSG!!

What was the result of the third item on your list? Did the monitor flicker on a different device?

In my experience, that appears to be a hardware issue with the monitor, especially if your 3rd item that Mark is asking for happens on those devices. (assuming it did based on how I interpreted your note) Since a black screen happens after long use, and works after a while, it sounds like a heat issue.

Assuming this video is yours (when I click on the username, it's for some financial thing) how much direct sunlight are you getting? (since the monitor is in front of a window) This would be my first guess.

Also on the back of the monitor there is a service tag (or ST) that is 7 digits long. what is that tag?
