Puzzling problem

Howdy gang......got a problem here.....everytime I try to send an email through OE6 I get the screen that I'm attaching. I've tried reinstalling MS Works but I get an internal error. I've tried taking the mentioned .dll and putting it where it says....but I get to the Install part of the directory and it stops....there's is nothing after install. So I tried to install Works again and it keeps saying there is an internal error. Works 2000 seems to be working just fine.....and when I get the messages on OE6 if I cancel them all out the email still sends just fine. I guess I shouldn't complain about it but it just bugs the crap outta me !! Another thing I should mention is the fact that I recently removed Microsoft Office 2000 from my machine....does this have anything to do with this problem ?? The reason I removed MS Office is that everytime I opened a .doc file and tried to edit it, Word would just disapeer....and when I opened it up and tried to open up a document it would open just fine until I tried to type or even click on the document....Word just vanished from my screen. Need some help from all you brilliant folks !!!
