I purchased Microsoft Publisher 2002, and I spent several hours creating a flyer but when I email it to anyone they are not able to open the publication. It comes up as nothing but boxes. Can anyone suggest if maybe I need to save it differently? Of course I can get no support from Microsoft. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have.

Most people don't have Publisher or they may not have the most recent version like you do. They could be opening it with some other application. I don't know what the Save-as options are, but you might want to check them out.
