Proxie help.

Hey, umm i have this problem i used this program called Complete Anonymous Web Surfing. And its this program that checks your ip finds proxies verifies them sorts them by ping and sets one. Well I used it and my ip changed. But now people cannot connect to my ftp. I give them my new IP and my Old and it doesn't work how do i remove my proxie, I deleted the program, rebooted, disabled>re enabled my internet connection. Im using Rogers Cable which is a Canadian Broadband company.
I am not connected in LAN no router no nothing and i have Blackice Protection as well as Trend Micro Pc-Cillin 2004.

Im running Win XP Pro. Please help I'd like to get my FTP up n runing yet I like the Anonymous stuff so any idea how to get them working together or can you guys give me a name of a better software?


I even tried using another proxie that it gave me and it changed and when I got to gnrc.com and i use their test they are still able to find out my Old IP address.

If you guys could help i would greatly appreciate it. THanks in Advance
